| Those interested in improving their lives using Dianetics can experience the workability of Dianetics for themselves firsthand by attending a Dianetics seminar and participating in Dianetics auditing. One need not have read the book to participate. By doing so, one can begin to rid himself of the barriers to his confidence, well-being and happiness. The seminar begins with a video presentation that explains the principles and what occurs in a Dianetics session. Then one reads selected portions of the book Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health and “pairs up” with another seminar participant to practice Dianetics auditing procedures. |

| After only a few hours, he will be familiar enough to audit another person and to receive auditing himself, always under the guidance of experienced seminar supervisors who are highly trained in Dianetics procedure. During the seminar one can participate in as much Dianetics auditing as he wishes and thereby gain firsthand understanding and benefits of its power.
