Field Staff Member Awards Program
For purposes of this awards program, the following definitions apply:

MAJOR SERVICE:

Any Division 4 counseling or training, such as Student Hat, Academy Levels, New Era Dianetics Course, Professional Training Routine Course, Key to Life Course, OT Level, those courses delivered in the org's Academy or an Internship.

MINOR SERVICE:

Any Division 6B service such as Life Improvement Courses, Hubbard Qualified Scientologist Course, Success Through Communication Course, Hubbard Dianetics Seminar,
Hubbard Dianetics Auditor Course, Book One Auditing.

INTRO SERVICE:

Immediate, fast, free one evening or half- to one-hour services. These are for raw public, friends, etc., and are used to interest and involve and get sign-ups for major or minor services.

FSM POINTS-THE SYSTEM

I . For every public who starts on a minor service (such as Success Through Communication Course,
Life Improvement Courses, Hubbard Dianetics Seminar, Hubbard Dianetics Auditor Course,
Book One Auditing, Group Processing, Hubbard Qualified Scientologist Course), you earn: I Point

2. For every public who starts a major service (such as Hubbard Professional TR Course,
Professional Metering Course,

Academy Levels, Hubbard Guideance Centre Auditing, Purification Rundown,
Key To Life Course, etc.), you earn: 4 Points

3. When a new public starts on a service (minor or major) for the first time, you get in addition to the above points: I Point

4. For every public selected who newly pays in full and starts a minor or major service, the points per the categories above are double.

SELECTING CLEARS TO GO OT

5. For every person selected and started on the Solo Auditor Course Part One, you earn: 6 Points

6. For every person selected who newly pays in full and starts for the Solo Auditor Course Part One,
you earn: 12 Points

7. For every person selected and started at an Saint Hill, Advanced Organization, AOSH for their OT
Preparations/Eligibility, you earn:   6 Points

8.  For every person selected and started at an AO, AOSH for OT 1 through Ill, you earn: 6 Points

9.  For every public selected who newly pays in full and starts on one of the above services in 7 or 8,
you earn: 12 Points

AWARDS

Based on the FSM points you have earned, awards are given per the following scale:

FSM POINTS EARNED

20 FSM Points
   I HUBBARD QUALIFIED SCIENTOLOGIST Course (or equivalent value in training).

40 FSM Points 

1/2 ACADEMY LEVEL credited to the FSM's training account (or equivalent value in training).

60 FSM Points

1 ACADEMY LEVEL credited to the FSM's training account (or equivalent value in training).

80 FSM Points

1 1/2 ACADEMY LEVEL credited to the FSM's training account (or equivalent value in training).

100 FSM Points

2 ACADEMY LEVELS credited to the FSM's training account (or equivalent value in training).

120 FSM Points

3 ACADEMY LEVELS credited to the FSM's training account (or equivalent value in training).

140 FSM Points

3 1/2 ACADEMY LEVELS credited to the FSM's training account (or equivalent value in training).

160 FSM Points

4 ACADEMY LEVELS credited to the FSM's training account (or equivalent value in training).

AWARD

180 FSM Points A FULL ACADEMY-ALL FIVE LEVELS credited towards the FSM's training account (or equivalent value in training). 200 FSM Points A FULL ACADEMY, plus STUDENT HAT, plus HUBBARD PROFESSIONAL TR COURSE credited to the Field Staff Member training account (or equivalent value in training).
